Nursing Students

Students - A warm welcome to your practice placement if you have commenced one. The aim of these webpages is to provide easy to access information regarding practice education at HCT. You can read about the service or team you will be learning with; find practical information about your placement; learn about other professions in HCT and what their students are doing; and familiarise yourselves with policies that may be relevant to your placement. These pages are also a great place to share pieces of work you have completed whilst on placement in the Trust - we welcome and value your contributions to these webpages, and hope that these will help future students in HCT.

Practice Educators, Assessors, and Supervisors – Thank you for your commitment to your profession, shown in the invaluable support and teaching that you provide to students. In the practice educators’ area, you will find useful documents, links to local Higher Education Institutions we typically take students from, and links to your professional body’s pages on practice education. If you have resources or ideas to share with fellow practice educators, please get in touch.

Please do not hesitate to contact us with questions or feedback.
