Please continue to protect yourself, your friends and family, and NHS staff by wearing a face mask on our premises

Hertfordshire Community NHS Trusts asks that you continue to protect yourself, your friends and family, and NHS staff by wearing a face mask on our premises. A face mask is not required to attend our premises, but we strongly recommend you do so.

Face masks should cover your nose and mouth. We offer surgical masks on our premises should you wish to wear a mask but do not have one on your person.

Please do not attend your appointment, or visit any NHS premises, if you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms or if you have been advised you must isolate. Instead, please get in touch with us to rearrange your appointment as soon as possible using the contact details provided on your appointment letter.

HCT also asks that you please be kind to our staff. Verbal and physical abuse of any kind will not be tolerated and staff may ask you to leave the building, with the backup of police if required. Such instances of abuse may also be recorded on your patient record which may affect your ability to receive NHS treatment in the future.

Our staff have worked tirelessly throughout the pandemic to provide the best possible healthcare under extraordinary conditions. Please continue to support them in their efforts.
