Airmid Video Consultation
HCT now uses Airmid Video Consultation App to book patients follow-up appointments with the service. Airmid is a new patient facing app that supports your healthcare needs. It is a simple and secure way to book and manage your future appointments on your smart phone or tablet .This service is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
You can access your video consultation via a URL link which will be sent to you prior to your appointment or alternatively you can install the Airmid app if you wish. Please see below;
Step 1: Download the Airmid app
Once the app is downloaded, sign in using the NHS App credentials.

Step 2: Book your appointment
Just click on 'Book appointment', select the relevant service, and then book.
Personal data
It is the patients responsibility to keep their login details and password safe and secure. If you know or suspect that your record has been accessed by someone without your permission, you should change your password immediately.
The service will not be able to view any information added to the following sections in the Airmid app:
- Measurements
- Medication
- Readings
